Sitting on the banks of the River Severn, Tewkesbury offers wonderful eateries and places to drink, lovely shopping and there are all the amenities you need on hand. The town enjoys the traditional Food & Drink Festival, Medieval Fayre and Mop Fayre annually and the Lakefest Festival is held close by. With lots of historic places to visit, including Tewkesbury Abbey, museums, and walking trails, Tewkesbury is really an interesting and beautiful place to visit.
Gloucester is a wonderful City with plenty to see and do. The docks are a wonderful place to visit with great places to eat and drink, and lots of shopping to enjoy too. A sporting town, Gloucester enjoys a wonderful Rugby Team, an artificial ski slope, stand-up paddling in the docks, lots of golf courses, and a whole lot more. Just 10 miles away Gloucester offers everything you need from a local town.
